This is the first time that I’ve used a junk removal service. They had provided me a window of time during which they would arrive, and said that they would text me at least 20 minutes beforehand to give me a heads up that they are on their way. They did exactly that, and arrived towards the beginning of the original time window. James was very friendly and quickly placed the items in their truck. Making payment was very easy using Venmo. I’m very pleased with their service and their price was very good compared to others that I called around for. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I’m really impressed with JP Junk Removal. I had a swingset in my backyard that the kids have long outgrown. I sent them a few pictures and got an estimate within an hour for its removal. The kids begged to keep it for one more summer so we did. Then earlier this week I reached back out and again got an immediate response. They offered me some very convenient options for times including one just a couple of days later the service was quick and thorough and their fee was very fair. I absolutely would call them first next time I need something removed.

The best customer service! I contacted them on Saturday (off hours), expecting to hear back on Monday. I received a text within hours of leaving a message. After my father-in-law passed away, we realized that the attic of his house was full of 60 years worth of memorabilia and junk. It was going to be a daunting task for us to clean out. I reached out to JP junk and they came out and looked at it and gave us a fair estimate And we scheduled the work. The day came, and they were right on time and two men worked tirelessly to bring down load after load after load from the attic. They took great care to make sure that nothing got broken and they cleaned up completely after they were all done and now they’ve just left and it’s like they were never here. Complete shed removal: These gentlemen were prompt and thorough and did exactly what they promised to do. The entire project took less than 4 hours from start to finish, with time off in the middle to dump the first load of debris. They removed several cement footers and smoothed the whole area over when they were done. I am VERY pleased and highly recommend James and his crew.

They gave a very fair price to remove the piles of old deck wood that I had on my patio. I have used JP Junk removal in 2021 for a 14ft trampoline removal, a couch, and a few other items. They did a great job then, and an amazing job Today 08/26/2022. As a widow with three children I worry a lot about agencies taking advantage of me when there is no spouse to negotiate terms. This was not the case at all. They explained their pricing to me before coming out, provided an in-person quote, and it was very fair for the amount of work it took to clear and cleanup the yard filled with items from the house and garage.
