First time user, but won’t be my last. Process was so easy! I got a response immediately after sending online request. Availability was flexible and pick up crew was fast, friendly and professional. The price was fair and well worth it based on the service. Highly recommend!

This process was flawless! I was trying to empty a home in PA while residing in NY. Josh was super helpful and flexible making it easy to place the items outdoors for pickup. Communication through your the day was excellent. I knew when they were on the way, when the garbage was removed and sent an easy Venmo payment! Would highly recommend!

This is the first time that I’ve used a junk removal service. They had provided me a window of time during which they would arrive, and said that they would text me at least 20 minutes beforehand to give me a heads up that they are on their way. They did exactly that, and arrived towards the beginning of the original time window. James was very friendly and quickly placed the items in their truck. Making payment was very easy using Venmo. I’m very pleased with their service and their price was very good compared to others that I called around for. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They came to give me a quote today. While they were slightly higher than other quotes, Christian and his partner were so incredibly professional and friendly that I wanted to work with them. When I said yes, they said do you want us to take everything now? Huge bonus! It was raining, they took off their shoes and loaded everything in 20 min. I’m really impressed with JP Junk Removal. I had a swingset in my backyard that the kids have long outgrown. I sent them a few pictures and got an estimate within an hour for its removal. The kids begged to keep it for one more summer so we did. Then earlier this week I reached back out and again got an immediate response. They offered me some very convenient options for times including one just a couple of days later the service was quick and thorough and their fee was very fair. I absolutely would call them first next time I need something removed.

From the start my overall experience was much better then I had hoped for. Scheduling was a breeze, they arrived on time. The 2 young men worked hard to not only remove my stuff, they left everything nice and neat. Plus, they were professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again!

The best customer service! I contacted them on Saturday (off hours), expecting to hear back on Monday. I received a text within hours of leaving a message. I explained and sent pictures of what was needed to be taken out of the house and again within minutes I had a price quote and a time frame as to when the service could be done. The guys were on time, efficient, genuinely nice, and had a great sense of humor. Which isn't necessarily important to the job itself, but its nice to be around down to earth people. They got the job done fast. Payment was easy. 10/10 would recommend.

I cannot be more impressed by the level of service. I contacted them after hours, received text messages regarding my needs, and was able to arrange my pickup on the date.,..all in a matter of 2 business days. I'm so happy. JP Junk Removal was also cheaper than what I was quoted previously. The guys that came to the house were awesome (apologies as I don't remember their names). After my father-in-law passed away, we realized that the attic of his house was full of 60 years worth of memorabilia and junk. It was going to be a daunting task for us to clean out. I reached out to JP junk and they came out and looked at it and gave us a fair estimate And we scheduled the work. The day came, and they were right on time and two men worked tirelessly to bring down load after load after load from the attic. They took great care to make sure that nothing got broken and they cleaned up completely after they were all done and now they’ve just left and it’s like they were never here. I would use this service again in a heartbeat. A great job and good value.

Jim was fantastic! 100% professionalism. When he arrived, I had somewhat organized, yet messy, stacks of wood. So Jim came, like a one man army, did a great job cleaning everything out of my backyard. Quick and efficient.

Amazing service! I emailed for a quote to remove some concrete steps- got a quote within an hour with availability to do the job in 4 days. They communicated all through the process and gave me a time window agreed on. Next thing I knew I had a text with a picture of the job done hours earlier than expected. The site was extremely clean with no damage to my lawn etc. Can’t recommend enough, amazing company to do business with!
